Starting a Nebraska CDL Driving School?
Any individual or business in Nebraska seeking an online, in-person, or traveling TPR must comply with all state and federal
laws, registrations, and requirements.
On February 7th, 2022 the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) enacted the Training Provider Registry (TPR). The registry connects CDL applicants to qualified training providers to get the training and certifications they need to safely operate commercial motor vehicles using the Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) requirements.

Whether you're training new ELDT CDL drivers in Omaha, Lincoln, Nebraska City, Grand Island, Kearney, or North Platte, you'll need to be registered with the FMCSA TPR in The Cornhusker State.
